Ingredients:  
1 2-lb. round steak or stew beef cut in 1/2" cubes
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 T. paprika
1/4 t. dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 28 oz. can tomatoes or 2 can of tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put steak cubes, onion and garlic in a crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat meat. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving and stir in thoroughly. You can cook on high for 3-4 hours stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles
