6 C flour
1 T vanilla
2 ½ C sugar

1 1/8 tsp. soda
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ C margarine
1 1/8 C sour milk (you can sour milk by putting 1 T vinegar in and mixing)
3 eggs

In 2 separate bowls, mix the first 3 ingredients and then the rest of the ingredients.

Combine the two, mix and refrigerate until chilled. Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 400 until golden. Makes 5 dozen.
