1 store bought deep dish crust(check label some are vegan)

Filling
10 cups assorted peeled and cored apples
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Crumb topping
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 tbsp chilled vegan butter
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350.Take apples and cook in microwave 5 min.Remove and toss them in the remaining filling ingredients.Pour into pie shell.Make the crumb topping .Whisk the sugar.salt.spice and flour.Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter of fork.Crumble over top.Take foil and wrap around edges (take foil off during the last 10 min of baking) the crust.Bake 45 min to a hour or until the filling begins to bubble through top.
