Donuts and Pudding Recipe

Dough:
2 c. milk
1 c. water
1 TB yeast
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
9 c. flour, approximately

Pudding:
2 c. cream
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 TB cornstarch
4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Dough:
Heat the milk, water and oil until slightly warm. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough. Let dough rise for 1-2 hours. Knead and let rise again. Roll out the dough (not too thin) and press out the donuts. Let rise for about 1 hour and then fry.

Pudding:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool. Dip the donuts in the pudding. Freeze. Then dip again in melted chocolate.

Sis. Angie Dyke made this recipe on time when we were in Chihuahua for a camp meeting. I afterwards made it a few times for our Ohio Feb. meeting. Always a hit.
