1 c. brown sugar
1 c. small marshmallows

Melt on stove and pour over desire amount of popcorn. Mix well and it's ready to eat.

This is a caramel popcorn shortcut. It's fast and still very tasty. Dulce and Amos often would make popcorn as a snack in the evenings. Sometimes they would add chili and lime or other seasonings, but they always made sure that this caramel popcorn was made too. Joel would eat and eat and eat popcorn!
