1/2 Lb Sirloin tips
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp mirin (rice wine can be substituted)
2 cloves garlic grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp hoisin
2-3 tsp garlic pepper sauce (siracha can be substituted)
2 green onions
3 tablespoons corn oil
1 16oz can of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tsp ginger
1 green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients except the green pepper, celery, oil, and onions.
In a wok put in the oil and heat on high heat.
Pour in the ingredients in the first step and brown beef, this should only be about two minutes.
Once done transfer the ingredients to a plate.
Put the remaining ingredients to the wok and cook the vegetables until soft in the drippings.
Combine with the ingredients on the plate then serve over rice.
