1 cup rolled oats
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup coconut

⅓ cup melted butter

4 tsp gelatin
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp all spice
4 eggs separated
1¾ cup cooked pumpkin (15oz can)
¼ tsp cream of tartar
½ pint heavy whip - whipped.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in a shallow baking pan/cookie sheet. Mix in butter. Place in 375ºF oven and leave until crumbs are golden, stirring occasionally for about 12 minutes. Cool

Mix gelatin, brown sugar and spices in top of double boiler. Add egg yolks beaten with milk and pumpkin. Cook over boiling water until thickened - about 15 minutes - stirring frequently. Cool until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites in a separate bowl with cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy. Fold in pumpkin mixture. Spread half of crumg misture into 9 x 12 pan. Spoon in filling. Sprinkle remainingcrumbs on top and chill. Serve with whip cream ( or cool whip)
