2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
2-3 tsp sugar
¾ cup butter
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
6 pears

1 egg well beaten
1 cup cream
¼ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Mix flour, salt, sugar and butter into crumbs. Then add 1 egg plus 2 tbsp milk to make soft dough.
Press into 9x13 pan and up sides. Peel and core pears. Put pear halves on dough and sprinkle with ½ cup sugar. Bake for 20 minutes.
Mix egg, cream and sugar. Pour over pears. Bake until lightly brown. Approximately 20 minutes,
