2 pkgs. 8 oz cream cheese
8 oz. finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of pepper
1½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
⅓ c. red pepper, chopped (opt - nice for festive occasions)
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese with cheddar, garlic powder, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce until well blended. Mix in red pepper and ¼ c pecans. Cover cheese mixture with plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Divide the cheese mixture in half and shape each half into a ball. Spread remaining pecans on a plate and roll balls in pecans to coat completely, pressing nuts to adhere. Serve chilled.
