Add together:
Cooked rice
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Mix all together and put into a baking mold
Bake at 325º for ½ hour

Let sit out for a few minutes and cut around edge with tip of sharp knife
Invert mold onto serving plate

This is a surprise, because I didn't have the amounts of ingredients when I found the recipe. I just remember that it tasted really good. The surprise will be to see how well it turns out when you guess how much of each ingredient to add.
