1/4 brown sugar
1/4 c pecans or cashews, chopped
1 tbsp brandy or whiskey
7 1/2 oz round of brie
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, nuts and brandy. Score the top of the cheese and place on an overproof platter.Bake at 400 for 4-5 minutes, until cheese is softened. Mound sugar mixture over cheese and bake for 2-3 minutes more until sugar is melted. Serve with crackers
