3 garlic cloves, minced
19 oz can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/4 c tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor (or blender) mince garlic. Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, oil, water, cumin and salt. Process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer to serving bowl. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

(Can substitute peanut butter for tahini)
