Smoked ham
Fresh or canned pineapple slices
Pineapple juice
1/4 C brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Place ham in roaster.

Baste ham periodically and cook to an internal temperature of 145º F

Once cooked, combine brown sugar and pineapple juice and pour over ham.
Pile pineapple rings on the ham and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Slice ham and add pineapple and juice to serving plate.

Tips:
If you are using a frozen ham do not add water as there is enough moisture in the ham.
Add 1 cup of water to the roasting pan If you are using a fresh ham.
