1 -3 oz pkg lime jello
¾ cup boiling water
1 pint lemon sherbet
½ cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in ¾ cup boiling water
Add sherbet and stir mixture until dissolved and gelatin is thickened
Fold in whipped cream
Pour into lightly oiled jello mold - a 6 cup mold is a little big, but it can be used. Or use a souffle dish
Chill until firm (overnight is best)

To un-mold... dip mold up to the rim in med hot water for only 1-2 seconds
Run a sharp knife tip around edge of mold to loosen a bit. Put serving dish on top of mold and flip it over quickly. Shake it a little and the jello should come out, if not, repeat.
