2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
Mix well and blend in:
2 c. carrots, shredded
1 (8 oz.) can crushed, pineapple, drained
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut, fine

Icing:
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
