2½ c flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
½ tsp salt
1 c hot water
2 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 c flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water and oil; mix well. Cover bowl and let rest 10 minutes.
Add remaining flour as needed to make a soft dough. Knead 5 minutes. Let dough rest 5 minutes.
Use a pizza roller to roll out dough on a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
For thin crust: roll to ⅛" thickness. For thick crust: roll out to ¼" thickness.
Bake at 500º for 5 minutes; add cheese and toppings and bake 5 minutes more.

Try adding parmesan cheese to crust and topping.
Use mozzarella and cheddar cheese with your favorite toppings.
