1 pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Fresh red raspberries with juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 squares semi sweet chocolate, grated
1 1/2 TB orange juice
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 lb. pound cake
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add juice. Whip whipping cream and fold in. In a bowl, place 1/2 the cake cubes and pour 1/2 c. juice from raspberries on top and 1/2 cream mixture, 1/2 raspberries and 1/2 chocolate. Repeat.
