2 large baking potatoes (about 14 ounces)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 12 wedges.
3. Combine salt and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes, flesh side down, in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat potatoes with cooking spray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

Yield: 4 (6 wedge) servings
