Broccoli, chopped into small florets
1/2 cup shredded carrot
chopped red onion
2 apples, chopped
Almonds and dried cranberries
Cooked crumbled bacon (optional)

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp sugar or honey

Directions:

Mix dressing and combine with the other ingredients. Refrigerate.

This is a lower fat and "fruitier" broccoli salad. Leave out the almonds for nut allergies.
