6 Lg. Bell Peppers,m any color
2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
28 Oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes (or diced tomatoes with their juice)
1 tsp. dried Basil
½ tsp. dried Oregano
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Long Grain White Rice
6 Oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided (or any good melting cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Place prepared peppers in oven salfe dish. Placed chopped onion & chopped green pepper tops in pan with a little olive oil. Saute until translucent. Add beef, salt & pepper until beef is browned & cooked thru.
Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, rice & water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer & cover until rice is soft & has absorbed most of the liquid. About 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup cheese.
Spoon mixture into peppers (extra filling can be stuffed into the spaces between the peppers. Put shredded cheese on top. Bake uncovered for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese melted & starts to turn bubbly & brown.
