1-30 oz bag frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1-32 oz box chicken broth
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3 oz pkg Real Bacon bits...(not the hard bacon bits)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Optional: cut up green onions or chives

Directions:
Directions:
Place the frozen potatoes in the crock pot. Add broth, soup, and half of the bacon pieces.
Add pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.

An hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes. Place cubes into crock pot. Mix a few times throughout the hour and make sure cream cheese is completely melted before serving.

When ready to serve add shredded cheddar cheese on top and cut up green onions if desired.

This makes about 6 bowls.
