Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c. water
1 stick butter
Bring to a rolling boil.

1 c. flour
add to above mixture and stil until dough leaves sides of pan and makes a ball. Cool slightly.

4 eggs
add eggs 1 at a time. Beat very well after each one. (can do in a mixer)

Filling:
1 stick cream cheese, very soft
1 c. milk
1 pkg french vanilla pudding
8 oz. cool whip


Topping:
3 TB butter
3 TB corn syrup
1 TB water
Boil and then add:
1 c. chocolate chips

Take a pastry bag and fill with the dough. Form small round balls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 400º for 35-40 mins. (do not open oven for the first 20 mins) With tip of knife cut a hole 1/2" on side to let steam out and to fill. Cool completely. Mix filling ingredients and fill puffs. Mix topping ingredients. Take off heat and stir until melted. Drizzle on top of puffs.
