2 medium ripe bananas mashed
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract

Banana Whipped Cream

1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp banana instant pudding mix
Nilla wafers and banana slices

Directions:
Set oven to 350* Line pans with cupcake liners. In large bowl add bananas and mash. Add cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, sour cream and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Fill liners 3/4 full and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

Banana Whipped Cream: Using the whisk attachment in a stand mixer, whip whipping cream and instant pudding mix until thick. Pipe whipped cream on cupcakes and top with Nilla wafers and banana slices.
