2 large sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Peel and slice sweet potatoes thinly, using a mandolin. In a bowl toss these with coconut oil, rosemary and salt. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip over and bake another 10 minutes. Watch carefully and pull off any chips that start to brown until all are cooked.
