3 egg
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. all-spice

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix Cake ingredients thoroughly. Spread batter onto well greased jelly roll pan. Bake 10-12 mins till edges turn slightly brown. With pancake turner, lift edges of cake till loose. Cool. Sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar. Place kitchen towel across cake and invert. Roll up together and chill. Combine filling ingredients. Unroll cake, spread with filling and re-roll. Chill
