Directions:
In a very large bowl, combine 8 c. flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a saucepan, heat water and oil to 120º-130º. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. (dough will be sticky) Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 mins. Cover and let rest 15 mins. Divide dough in 1/2. Roll each 1/2 into a 24x15 rectangle. Brush with butter to with in 1/2" from the edge. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Sprinkle with pecans. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the long sides; pinch seams to seal. Cut into 24 rolls. Place rolls, cut side up, in 4- 9"x13" pans. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 mins. Bake at 425º for 18-22 mins until golden brown. In a small bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and enough water to achieve spreading consistency. Spread over warm rolls.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
1.16.15 when Bro. Kenny Abbott was sick, I made breakfast for him and his family. I made omelet roll, sausage patties, fresh fruit and these rolls. He hadn't eaten hardly anything for 1 1/2 weeks. He ate very well and enjoyed the taste of good food. He was so thankful and said so many times. He often says, "I just don't know what to say" and "even so Lord Jesus, come quickly". He is greatly missed.
