3 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1 T baking soda
1T ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1½ cups unsalted butter, room temperature
1½ cups sugar
1½ cups brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 T vanilla
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
2 cups chopped pecans
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In large mixing bowl, beat the butter on medium add in sugars and continue to beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, gradually add flour mixture. Add in chocolate chips, coconut, pecans and oats. Drop nice scoops on baking sheet. Bake until set but middles still look light and puffy, about 12-15 minutes.
