1.5 lbs frozen raspberries
1 c. meringues (get at Jungle Jim's)
2 c. quark, low fat cheese for cooking, curd cheese (Jungle Jim's)
2 c. plain yogurt
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break the meringues into small pieces. Whip the cream until stiff and mix it together with curd cheese, plain yogurt, 1/4 of the sugar and vanilla sugar. Take a bowl and prepare in layers: 1/2 the meringues, frozen raspberries, other 1/2 meringues, mixed cream. Drizzle the brown sugar on top, cover the bowl and place in the ridge for at least 8 hours until serving.

If you don't have all the ingredients you can try this very similar recipe:
1 lb frozen raspberries, drizzle sugar on the raspberries
Mix 2 c. plain yogurt with 2 c. whipped cream, add vanilla sugar. Put on the raspberries. Drizzle brown sugar on top, cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours until serving.

Personal Notes:
Sis. Liane Dietrich made this for us one time in Austria when they had us over for a meal. It really is worth all the effort to make. It's very light and delicious.
