1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. butter
1 TB cream
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan and bake 350º for 20-25 mins.
Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together and spread on cooled bars.

This is one of my childhood favorite desserts. I was always excited whenever Meme made these. I especially liked the icing, and still do! :)
