3 ½ to 4 cups flour
1 package (2 ¼ teaspoons) yeast
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons oil
¼ teaspoon sugar
1 ¼ cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ½ cup flour and yeast in bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, oil, and sugar. Gradually add water mixture to the dry ingredients. Beat ½ minute at low speed, scraping down the sides. Beat 3 minutes, high speed. Add 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes high speed. Add rest of flour by hand to make moderately stiff dough. Put on floured board on knead 5 minutes until elastic. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Punch down. Divide into 12 balls. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll each ball on a flour board to 5-inch circle. Cover and let rest 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 400°F on an ungreased cookie sheet about 10 minutes. Remove and immediately wrap in foil to cool.
