1 loaf white bread
4 cups water
2 tbsp better than bouillon no chicken base
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp white pepper
1 cup vegan butter ( a little extra for slow cooker)
2 cups chopped carrots
1 white onion chopped
1 pk vegan breakfast sausage like light life brand (optional)
1/2 cup no salt veggie broth(add only if needed if it gets too dry while cooking)

Directions:
Break up the bread into pieces .Than add the water,bouillon,spices set aside.Saute the onion, carrots in the vegan butter until carrots are slightly tender, Set aside, Cook the sausage until browned, Add everything together except the veggie broth. Coat the slow cooker with some vegan butter,Place the stuffing in.Cook on low for 4 to 6 hr.Check periodically add the veggie broth if getting dry.
