2 ¼ cups golden raisins
2 cups orange juice
1 cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
⅔ cup sugar
3 cups (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
In 3-quart saucepan, combine raisins, orange juice, water, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Add cranberries. Return to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Add orange peel. Return to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes or until liquid barely covers solid ingredients. Pack into sterile 1-cup jars; seal with a lid and ring. Place in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
