3 to 4 lb. Corned Beef Brisket includes seasoning Pkg.
Water (enough to cover brisket)
3 Onions (peeled & sliced)
3 Carrots (peeled & quartered)
3 Potatoes (Red skinned Quartered)
1 Head Cabbage (Cut in Wedges)
Brown Sugar & a little Mustard.

Directions:
Directions:
1.Place Corned Beef, water & seasoning pkg. in large pot with tight fitting lid. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer for 1½ to 2 hours or until tender.
Add Carrots & Onions to Meat 30 minutes before cooking time is up. Add Carrots & potatoes last 30 minutes of cooking.
2.Remove meat when veggies tender. Place on a baking pan. Mix sugar & mustard. Coat meat with mixture and place in 375º oven for abourt 10-15 minutes. Let set 10 minutes. Slice & Serve.

Every St. Patricks Day you would find this served for Dinner. I always had remarks about the aroma when it was cooking, but there was never a clean plate.
