Preheat Oven to 375º

Two 29 1/2 Oz canned yams, drained and mashed
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 cup milk, half & half OR the liquid you drained off, add enough water or broth (chicken or vegetable) One jar marshmallow Creme, like you put on a sundae
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice - optional

Streusel
One cup (or more if desired) crushed walnuts
One cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter or margarine melted

Mash yams, add in slightly beaten eggs and marshmallow Creme
In a sauce pan, melt the butter, add sugar and stir until dissolved Remove from heat. Add milk, vanilla and salt. Mix into mashed yams.
add the rest of the streusel ingredients together then pour over the top and bake for 25 minutes.
