1 lb. Summer Squash
2 Carrots
1 Sm. Onion
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Stick Butter
1 Bag Stuffing Bread Cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Slice & boil squash, shredded Carrots, diced onion until tender. Mash & drain.
Mix with soup & sour cream. Melt Butter. Mix stuffing cubes with butter.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray or oil. Pour squash mixture inrto casserole dish. Top with buttered cubes.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
