½ lb Bacon
28 oz can Sauerkraut
14 oz can Apple Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Dash of Pepper
½ tsp Dry Hot Mustard
½ tsp Paprika
6 medium Pork Chops

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into pieces and fry. In a large bowl mix the applesauce,
loosely drained sauerkraut, brown sugar, mustard, pepper and bacon.
Saute chops on both sides until golden. Pour sauerkraut mixture into
casserole 13 X 9 X 2 pan. Place chops on top and sprinkle paprika.
Bake at 350º F about 1 hour. Serve with baked potatoes.
