12 ears of corn (shucked)
8 Tbls butter
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 gloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Place each ear of corn on a piece of aluminum foil
Blend remaining ingredients and spread over corn
Sprinkle with red pepper
Wrap foil around corn to seal
Place on grill
Grill 15 minutes, turning frequently
