1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups sifted All Purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups M&Ms or M&Ms peanuts or chocolate chips or Smarties or Reece's Pieces, etc

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Cream shortening and sugars together in a bowl
Beat in vanilla and eggs
Sift dry ingredients together then add to wet ingredients
Stir in desired candies
Drop on parchment-lined cookie sheet
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown
Cool on wire rack
