1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
¾ c peanut butter
1 egg
1 t vanilla
2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 lb chocolate candy coating (for dipped cookies)
granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Ina large bowl beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Add Bisquick baking mix, mix well.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar, and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.
Bake for 6 - 8 min or until lightly brown.
For chocolate dipped cookies:
Shape as above. Omit rolling in granulated sugar.
Do NOT flatten with fork.
Bake as above.
Partially dip each cookie into coating.
Place on wax paper to harden.
