1 12oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 seedless orange
1 apple
⅛ tsp salt
1½ cup sugar
2 stalks celery (opt)
1 can jelled cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor combine: 1 orange 3/4 inch diced, apple cored and 3/4 inch diced, and all other ingredients. pulse until well blended. (do not over process) refrigerate until served. Making a day before improves the quality.
