1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
1-3/4 cups flour
Milk chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar slowly; blend until fully incorporated.
Adf vanilla, soda and salt to butter and sugar; scrape sides of bowl as needed to incorporate.
Beat in the egg, then, the flour. Fill the cookie press 1/2 to 2/3 full, fitted with a flower or star disk.
Press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies 8-10 minutes or until set, rotating the sheets halfway through the baking time.
Remove from oven and (OPTIONAL) place a milk chocolate chip upside down, into the center of each cookie. Let cool on cookie sheets 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
