2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter softened
1-1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Whip butter until softened.
Slowly add sugar; blend until mixed.
Add molasses; incorporating fully with sugar and butter.
Add remaining ingredients; mix completely.
Put cookie dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cookies are just set.
Cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes and transfer to baking rack.
