4-boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 or 2 cans of tomato sauce
1/2 c. of uncooked rice
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat an electric skillet to 375º.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cook chicken and onion in butter until done.
While that’s cooking, cook the rice.
Add tomato sauce and turn the heat down and simmer for a little bit.
Add cooked rice and bell pepper and simmer until bell pepper is tender.
