2 large english cucumbers , halved and sliced thinly
2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped finely
½ c red onion, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 red pepper, finely diced
½ c cilantro, chopped

Dressing:
2 T sugar
2 T vinegar
2 T lime
2 T olive oil
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients.
Whisk dressing ingredients together then pour over veggies.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
