1/4 C butter
1/4 C Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C chicken broth
1 C whipping cream
2 Tbsp sherry
7 oz spaghetti, broken, cooked, and drained
2 C cooked chicken
1/2 C grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350º

Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasoning.
Cook, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broth and cream, Heat till boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 min, Add sherry, stir in spaghetti and chicken.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 mins or until bubbly in center.
