8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all together and set aside

Batter:
1 chocolate cake mix
3 oz. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips

Chocolate Frosting:
1/2 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream cheese or cool whip (opt.)

Directions:
Mix batter ingredients together and pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Evenly cover with cream cheese mixture. Bake 350º for 45-55 mins. Cool on wire rack for 30 mins. Remove from pan; Cool completely. Drizzled with powdered sugar or icing.

Chocolate Frosting:
Mix together and spread on cooled cake. Very good on yellow cake mix also.

I make this for company. It's a surprise cake because the cream cheese mixture falls into the center of the cake and you don't see it until you cut the cake. Very pretty cake.
