1# Ground beef
1 cup Ketchup
1 can chicken rice and soup
2 tsp. garlic powder
½ chopped onion
1 T. yellow mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. brown sugar
¼ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground beef, add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on med/low for 20-30 minutes.
Serve on buns.
