1 c Butter
2¼ c Flour
¾ c Sugar
¾ c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
2 c Chocolate Chips
1 c chopped Nuts (optional)
½ c shredded Coconut
½ c Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat together butter, flour, sugars, eggs, extracts, and rum.

In a separate bowl, combine salt, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut. Fold into batter.

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
