40 lbs. pork
1/3 c. black pepper
6 TB salt
1 TB plus 1 tsp. red pepper
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/3 pkg. Harvey's Pork Sausage Seasoning (8 oz. pkgs)
Directions:

Grind meat with the seansonings twice to get it mixed good.

A favorite time of the year is when the family and some of the saints get together to make sausage for Ohio camp meeting. To top it off, Dad makes maple syrup in February and we sometimes have a pancake feast in our barn with the fresh maple syrup, pancakes and freshly ground sausage. A very lovely time.
