1 1/2 lb. ground beef or pork
2 lb. carrots
10 celery sticks
1 medium red onion
1 cube Beef Knorr
Salt and pepper to taste
125 sheets of lumpia wrappers
3 eggs
Sweet chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the carrots, onion and celery extremely fine (or put in the food processor until it is finely shredded) Beat eggs in a a bowl and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, mix ground beef, carrots, onions, celery and eggs. Season with beef Knor, salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of meat mixture on the lumpia wrappers and seal the lumpia with water. Cut lumpia in half and fry. Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce.
Optional: put the lumpias in the freezer to harden the lumpia.
Remember to spread a thin layer of the meat mixture to make sure that the meat is thoroughly cooked.
